Content Management

eZeLearn provides you with the ability to manage your own content through the administration console with the confidence that your content is secure from other users of the platform.
By agreement, we offer you a management service where we will manage the content for you based on input from your staff

Custom Style Sheets

Custom style sheets allow you to present your training in a style that compliments your brand and matches the style of your web site.
As a corporate customer you will have complete access to your own style sheet.

Learning Exercises

eZeLearn provides you with the ability include learning exercises within training modules. The learning exercises may be any one or a combination of the following:

• Single line response;
• Multi-line response;
• Tabular;
• Selected value;
• Scale rating; or
• Yes/No (True or False).

Training exercises may be set as either mandatory or optional to suit your needs.

Text, Graphics, Audio and Video

Content can be displayed in any combination of text, graphical, audio and video formats

Multiple-Choice Assessments

Flexible multi-choice examinations provide you with the means to administer knowledge assessments with instant feedback to trainees. Questions are randomly selected from a bank of available questions, each with randomly selected choices.

Using the eZeLearn examinations, trainees are highly unlikely to sit the same exam twice not can questions to answers be passed on between trainees.
Couple multi-choice exams with long and short answer questions plus assignments and you have a flexible examination system.

Re-useable Content

The eZeLearn platform provides you with the flexibility to re-use data in multiple training modules and programs. Re-useable data includes text, videos, graphics and audio files. Complete training modules are re-useable between training programs.

Self-Paced Learning

The eZeLearn platform provides you with the ability to deliver self-paced learning to your trainees yet allowing you the ability to review their progress at any time.. 

Global Delivery

The eZeLearn concept allows you to deliver training through multiple websites, internal or external anywhere around the globe with secure login for all trainees. It doesn’t matter where in the world they may be at anytime; they will be able to access their training modules/programs.

Your training managers are able to log in at anytime, from anywhere to review the progress of individual trainees and provide coaching responses to your Trainee’s learning exercises.

Help Desk

The built in Help Desk allows your trainees to lodge help tickets at anytime when difficulties arise.

Organisational Logins

eZeLearn allows individual organisations secure access to their respective data and intellectual property. Establishing unique organisational logins allows you to upload, create and edit your data whilst keeping it private and secure from other users.

Once your organisation has been established in eZelearn, you will have full control over your own administration, content management, data uploads and staff management. If you wish to establish multiple 'sites' and would like to replicate data between the two, we can manage that for you as well.

Our shopping cart may be customised for you to allow you to use your own payment gateway or you may use ours, subject to any agreement with eZeLearn of course.
